My internal debate is between a Sig.9, Glock, S&W. my head needs some user information. Any and all feedback is welcome.

Sig or S&W m&p, if you wanna go that route, everyone knows my stance on glocks

I like the S&W myself. Not saying it is better than the others I just like it. You will get several diff answers here but you need to physically hold one before you decide which to buy

JUDGE!!
but seriously, either would be fine. Go put one in your hand and see how it feels. Thats the most important thing

My uncle and cousin are Law enforcement officers, and i think they share your sentiment on glocks. Both absolutely swear by the Sig. Told me also to check out some "newer" or less name brand firearms, if i was serious about getting one. I think Taurus, i think "khar??"

I like my Taurus PT24/7 .40 but the trigger pull is horrible and takes some getting used to

I would think you would need to find out which system you like the best as opposed to comparing them apples to apples. I know that's what I would do anyway.

I have handled Several varieties of most of the aforementioned handguns. I like the balance and grip of the sig, the S&W i like the sights the moulding of the grip. One of the things i look for when buying something out of my comfort zone is user feedback. So bring it, likes, dislikes or "i wouldn't use it to throw at somebody" its a pos.

I have a sig and its my favorite of the "tactical" m&p style pistols, my biggest beef with glocks is the trigger. The S&W m&p is pretty much the same thing trigger wise although I do think they are aesthetically better looking than the glock. I've heard good things about khar better never shot one.

Glock, then S&W M&P series (not that sigma crap), then Sig.
Just my opinion.

Shoot them all and see what works.
The S&W M&P trigger sucks, be ready to buy the apex trigger and then decide if you like it. There is no reset in the factory trigger.
Sigs are nice, but to heavy for me.
Glocks are what I like. I have a 17 and 19. The 19 is a great pistol for all around use.

What about a Sprinfield XD?
I own at least one of each that have been listed so its whatever you want.
I will tell you that if you want a pistol that goes BANG no matter what get a GLOCK.

Which Sig are you talking about? Not all Sigs are created equally. I don't like glocks at all, but that's personal preference. Lots of people love them.

People overlook these. I've shot a few now and love how they feel in my hand. Will probably be my first purchase.

Glock 19
Works PERIOD
After you buy that workhorse, then go buy fancy pretty guns to play with

I don't think they are a POS....just overrated and over priced.
