I was looking at getting taco tunes but I was surprised it wasn’t made of steel. But then I looked and almost none of them are made of steel. I suppose no one will actually try to cut them, if they are that determined nothing will stop them

Zipping thru thin walled exhaust with a tubing cutter, grinder, or sawzall is quick and easy. Cutting aluminum plate complicates everything and makes significantly more noise.

The one I ordered (I’m the OP) is steel.

Definitely use some tamper resistant bolts in place of the regular ones. If the POS has a socket set or crescent wrench it will barely slow then down. I installed one on my ‘20 TRD Pro last week.

Mine is sitting on an old truck toolbox cut into 10 pieces. You could steal one but it would be a big chore

Got the skid plate in this afternoon and got it installed. It was a bit of a bitch to instal as it’s very heavy (65 lbs I think it said) but got it finally.

Looks good and definitely covers the converters.

ETA: the back bolts are pan head with nylon nuts. Not easily removed.
