I've owned two and looking for my third.
1. 1970 CJ-5 with a 225 V-6, poor man's 4" shackle lift with Ground Hawg 33's.
2. 1980 CJ-5 with a 256 inline 6 cyl, 2" rough country lift with 33" Goodrich. Sumbitch would climb a tree.

5 Duratracs were to be found no where. Goodyear has them backordered. Goodyear said it could be 2 months before they ship out. Went with BFG km2 315/75/R16 Should be delivered today.
Now off to rear carrier. Thinking of Or Fab rear tire carrier. From there I can replace the rear bumper later, then the front. I have to stop a the carrier and get through Christmas.

ditch the rear bumper and dont run a spare unless on the trail. just strap it down in the back. you will save a few hundred pounds and save some gas/$$.
Been doing it for years now, hell sometimes I dont even take the spare on the trail. I can temp fix most tire issues enough to get me back home limping at least

I still use the jeep around town with the kids. During hunting seson the rear seat will be out, but I will have gear back there. Throwing a spare int eh back will only work sometimes.

98 TJ SE stock no carpet 31" tires. Nothing special just a woods jeep but it gets the job done.

You didn't buy it from that new "Jeeps Only" place off the new Fremaux Exit, did ya?
I just noticed that place had popped up the other day. Pretty ingenious idea if you ask me, especially in this area.

I did not. I heard about that place but yet to drive by to look.

....so he bought the Rough Country. It's a decent lift, rides better than before, definitely flexes better as well but I don't think it'll live up to the potential of other similar sized lifts.
I had put a 3.5" RC in my XJ. Been offroading in the mud with no problems the past 4 years.

What kind of wheels are those crawdaddy. Looks like M. Thompson's. I want that EXACT match for my tires/wheels.
ETA: Where did you buy your wheels in tires? How much did they run you?

BF Goodrich KM2 tires. Procomp wheels.
Wanted Goodyear Duratracs, but they were on an at least two month backorder. Goodyear was just starting to make them again when I called Goodyear to see what was up.

Nice TJ
the tire only stick out past the flares a little bit. Mainly just fill in. Little sticking out. Any more out I would get rid of them
