My go to is currently the T.REX Arms sidecar. (M&P9C). It is an appendix carry which is a bit different. I've found it much more comfortable and easy to get to than others I've run in the past. Retention is solid. Other holsters I've used: Crossbreed, Galco, Fobus, and Uncle Mike's.

For IWB I prefer leather. Trying out a new one made by Kusiak Leather. Seems to be good quality and the price was reasonable.
I like the looks of those. Kind of makes me realize I’m putting a square peg in a round hole. One of their IWB options has no CZ pistols listed, another has CZ, but no 75B.
How are these holsters for retention?

I like my Vedder holsters.
Those look good. Sounds like they emphasize lightweight. Does that mean harder plastic, or maybe a little more pliable/bendable?
I’ve also been meaning to ask the guys who do kydex, is there no lining whatsoever inside?

The ComfortTuck that I have has leather that fits against the body comfortably and the kydex is rigid. Feels great but plenty of companies make something similar.

I have 4 Alien gear holsters. They are thick but extremely comfortable. I carry my P229 in one daily

We The People holsters
I have a QVO Tactical IWB that I really like. The company name is cringey but they make a good holster.

Vedder makes kydex holsters, so a molded hard plastic. It is not pliable whatsoever, but offers adjustability as far as ride height and cant.
There is no lining, but I don't worry about scuff marks on my carry guns.
For a simple and lightweight IWB holster, they're pretty hard to beat.
If carrying a double-stack or compact sized gun, I would get the version with two clips to distribute the weight a little better.

Never had a kydex, but it’s looking that way. Most of the real leather ones are spendy or suspect, and most of the soft ones fail to mention anything about retention, with no visible strap to keep the pistol in the holster. I guess with IWB it’s a little less important, but I still want something holding the pistol where it is supposed to be.
I'm a leather guy. I've got one kydex holster and it disappointed me. Your CZ is a big, heavy gun. I think a dual loop/dual clip holster would have advantages in spreading out the weight. There are a gazillion holsters that fit that description like this one from Side Guard Holsters.. I don't have this exact holster, but I've bought 3 Side Guard holsters for smaller guns and have been pleased w/ them. I won't consider a holster that doesn't have the "side guard" or shirt guard. I second the motion to use a good belt designed for carry a holster. I used to cc a Commander 1911 in a dual clip holster. Through the years, my guns and holsters have gotten smaller and lighter. Now days, were I to cc a gun that size, I'd use an OWB holster.
The maker of this holster is no longer in business.

I would contact them. If there is a mold for the gun they will probably make it for you. Mine wasn't on the list, Glock 19 with a TLR-7 light, but there was a mold available for that setup so they bought the mold and now offer it. They had great customer service.
The retention is excellent. There is a break-in period of a day or so but after that it is good to go.
