Sitting in ground blind watching a large black bear eat my corn at about 40 yards. I'm not really enjoying this. Wish I had something besides this bow just in case.

A doe took a step out the woods at 6:25 and walked right back in by the time I had the rifle up...first deer I've seen in 4 days. I hope one comes out again because I was planning on heading home today....

He walkEd to within about ten feet following my trail before I couldn't take it any longer and had to scare him off. I'm just thankful he retreated rather advanced.
