Copiah Co. MS
70*
Null wind

Mathews ZXT
Magnus Stinger
5mm FMJ

Lock-on in the oaks between a creek and thick pine growth.

Covered up in pigs this morning before light. Saw them but it was too dark to shoot.
Coyote came in later, kissed twice to stop him with no luck. Shot him on the move and whiffed

Good luck fellas

I stayed up drinking beer and watching the UFC fight last night, so I slept in.
In the last 2 mornings I have seen more deer than I saw all last bow season. They have just not been close enough yet.
Sounds like a fun morning , hat!
Good luck.

Do you keep different tipped arrows in your quiver for shots at pigs/yotes/trespassers?

I went Friday. Lots of tracks but nothing moving. It’s just too damn hot.

Could use some help on the bird hunting out there. Fished many days and tried teal hunting with little luck on the birds.

Late post here: Took my 7 year old out this afternoon. Got in ground blind right at 5:00, I shot a doe at 6:00. He did the tracking, which was a first for him. Good Times!

Side Note...The doe I shot is the doe that I missed yesterday morning. Redemption
