Any of you guys see a meteor shower this morning? On my walk in I saw at least 5 shooting stars in the western sky. Great way to start off a hunt

Walking in and watching the sun come up this morning I was overwhelmed by a feeling of peace and how awesome our God is. I don’t spend enough time reflecting and appreciating how truly awesome his creation is. Live your life through him and walk with him and he’ll place blessings on you that you can’t imagine or would otherwise overlook. 3 years ago I decided to live my life for Christ and I cannot tell you the difference it made in me as a man and a husband and dad. Brought my buddy to the lease today. He's currently tracking a 6pt he shot at 8. He just got out the stand now to look. I saw 1 doe at 7am. He saw a doe run out with the buck behind her. Fingers crossed.

Edit: actually a 5pt cull. He ended up seeing 5 deer that hunt. Headed back now.

They were moving yesterday afternoon so I’m hoping for the same today.

Haven’t seen anything, but moving to stands that have hardly seen pressure this season. Seen some chasing and young deer over the past two weeks, so hoping for the best.
