Is it against Tigerdroppings policy to have a swap, buy and sale thread on here?

Is it against the rules to put up for sale different items that you might have? Maybe we could have a outdoor equipment buy and sale board. Boats, guns, knifes, lawnmowers,fishing tackle, and Ol ladies.
