Indoor Dog Question

Posted a thread the other day about putting my Great Dane down (appreciate the kind words in that thread).
I also have an Australian Shepherd. Both were outside dogs for the most part. Now the Aussie is indoors with me full time. She's 10 years old and just super chill. No accidents and I take her out to play fetch about 4 times a day.
Trying to determine how much of her laziness or laying around is just her doing what dogs do vs. how much is her grieving missing her friend. She's been sleeping and laying around virtually the whole day she's inside. She wags her tail from time to time but far less than prior to Friday (her friend's last day).
The biggest problem I'm seeing is she hasn't eaten a bowl of food since Friday. I've been giving her treats and cooking her eggs here and there. I have to hand feed her at that though. Today I didn't cook her any eggs to see if she will eat her food again. She hasn't eaten. Doesn't show any interest in food. I imagine the not eating is probably a sign of her grieving and may be normal for this point in her grievance. Should I keep doing what I'm doing or cut out the eggs and let her eat when she's ready? I've been showing her more attention than normal. I'm giving her maybe 8 treats during the day which isn't enough to replace the calories she's not eating. She's healthy otherwise though. Not skinny or anything. She is drinking and peeing so that's good.
What more can I do to help get her past the grieving period? I'm fully aware that it's a time thing. Just want to do what I can to make it easier on her. I am hoping to get another pup (golden retriever) but they won't be ready until March.
What were your experiences with a pup that lost their companion?

Our poodle mix was hit and killed while at my brothers for thanksgiving. Her buddy showed no signs of grieving but she did come in our room after we got back home and waited for her to get out of our bed. It’s rare for them to grieve themselves to death so figure your dog will eventually decide it’s time to eat.
Dads cousins son was hit by a log truck, his dog rode to the cemetery in the hearse. Funeral director tried to get him out but it didn’t happen, dog never left the grave and died soon after at his masters feet.

10 year old dog is going to sleep whenever it’s not outside or eating. Old dog will sleep up to 18 hours a day.
Perfectly normal.

Have you tried feeding her outside, when you are playing?

She may be filling up on treats.

She doesn’t particularly want to stay outside very long. I throw the ball 5 or 6 times and then she takes the ball and stands at the back door. I’ve tried waiting her out to see if she will lose interest in going inside and eat or do something else but she just sits next to me and waits patiently.

May be right. The treats I give her are about a 1.5” circle roughly. I gave her about 8 of them today. Doesn’t seem substantial but I also am not entirely sure how much she was eating vs how much my Great Dane was eating. I’d generally feed them both and let them eat at their own pace. Neither are/were aggressive eaters so sometimes I’d go out and half their food would still be there after 8 or 10 hours.

Make sure she doesn’t have cancer. First sign of that for one of my dogs was loss of appetite. Took her in and liver enzymes were abnormal. That turned out to be liver cancer. That dog also gave up on walking. So if she continues, get her checked out.

How are her teeth? Friend of mine had an older dog, it's teeth got in bad shape and it couldn't chew well. It got really bad constipated and wouldn't eat anything. Could explain why she doesn't want to fetch that ball as much too, it might hurt her teeth.
