Why are there no pictures of this stuck truck?

Because it did not occur to me. I am not going on the expedition to free it tomorrow. If they are unsuccessful, I will try to take a pic on Saturday.
I can't stress how solid this road was just a few weeks ago and has had no traffic on it. It is just a woods road through the trees on high ground. The ground is just absolutely saturated.

Get a couple come a longs and strap to the frame

The main mistake was trying to turn around by turning towards a group of trees and then trying to back up on to the road. He should have backed up into a spot and then we could have just winched him out, even if it took 50 different trees to get him up the hill.

A couple of snatch blocks will get you out. Look at the pic I posted on page 1

Same here. Had to dig my way out the woods on my backhoe last week. That sucker was dragging axles all the way out.
block & tackle is going to be his friend.

How close can you get?
I don't know what winch you have but I've had to winch myself and a second vehicle out before with my winch. Get in, get turned around, strap up to him and winch both of yall out (or at least to a place that he can winch himself the rest of the way).

Uh winch, snatchblock e. Tree. Self recovery is as easy as 1,2,3

You need at least three snatch blocks. Maybe 4.
#1 to tree in front of you
#2 at a point behind the truck that won't bring the cable into the truck.
#3 on the rear of the truck
Tie to tree and winch will pull you backwards. Might need a 4th to get the angles right if the tree is too close to the winch.

Can't take credit for that winch setup. Did get first hand knowledge at Choccolocco off road park in Jacksonville, Al.

That's mighty complicated for a stick truck.
Come along six feet rearward. Winch to the side hard. Reverse as much as possible.
Balls to the wall out of that piece.
No sub 10k pound truck is ever too stuck to get out with a winch, pulliez and a come along. Hell, forget the winch.
A full-size shovel goes a long way too.
