Yeah it just screws on. I had an Academy gift card from my mother in law. Got some running shorts and had seen these before so I grabbed one. I'm impressed so far. Put a cold diet dr pepper in it and then we ran some errands. Left it in a hot car for about 45 minutes and came out and it was still pretty cool.

I've been having trouble with the heat pump the previous owners of my house installed for the upstairs area of my house. I put the sticker on the air handler and awoke this morning to my daughter ice skating in her playroom.

I used one on a trip recently(friend had it) and it's the only soft ice chest that I've ever used that didn't leak. That's worth the price to me
