Don't have time to soak in buttermilk or marinade. They are already tenderized btw. Thinking about just cooking like a beef steak. Thanks.

Batter and pan fry.
Season immediately after taking out of pan.
Munch down.

If they're already cubed or tenderized I wouldn't waste them on the grill, will probably end up dry. As others have said, bater and fry any way you like.

Indeed, but I'll also get them processed like a beef steak sometimes. Get some cut thick next time and prepare and grill like beef.

Would you marinade and how long you grill? Med rare or something. The only time I grilled some they were thin and ended up being like jerky but was still good.

Make a very dark roux and added some trinity, red wine, beef broth, mushrooms, potatoes and the meat. Cooked over very low heat for about 3 hrs. Served over rice. Was very good. Thanks for the ideas fellas.
