Hopedale guide recommendations

I’d like to take my sons (14-8) trout fishing in Hopedale . I’ve been on one guided trip and that was to Lake Pontchartrain so I don’t know who to look into or avoid.
I’ve read about Capt Charlie. Any other recs?

Go with Bayou Charters, you won’t regret it. The few fond memories I have with my dad are on Charlie’s or one of his guides’ boats.

You won't beat Charlie in that area for most types of trips. He is NOT your hardcore big Breton sound trout guy bc they just don't chase them that's much but he will put you on best fishing possible for the given conditions of your day. Went with one of his guys recently and had great trip, just chased reds since it was before the trout had gotten going.

I fished with captain Gabe Boudreaux one of the fishing magician captains Thursday AM, very friendly guy, very knowledgeable etc. We caught a box full. Also he has a few kids himself so I'm sure he would be pretty patient with yours

Fished with Charlie a Lot. They will get you Fish every time.
Right next door to him is Capt. Dude who is doing pretty good work. He stays very busy. My friend rents a camper space from him and has been fishing with him. I have talked to Dude several times. Nice guy and been thinking about using him.
Google Dudenhefer fishing charter Hopedale. La. Has lodging too.
Anyone else here use him?

Capt dude is known to be a great guy to share a day fishing with but not known for catching as much as the other regular names down there, just my observation over the last 15 years or so.
