I carry in the woods as well and use a Fobus with the paddle attachment. Easily slips on and off when leaving home or in a stand.

I have that exact holster. My only complaint is it doesn't stay in place when you sit down. Causing you to have to adjust it when you stand up. I have a white hat holster iwb that I like the best. Leather and kydex. I have an alien gear that I don't care for because of the neoprene backing.

Ive got a raven brand OWB. I don't conceal carry but I do use it at the farm from time to time. Holster and pistol stay in my truck door pocket all the time. Both can stand the dirt, dust, heat, and moisture of Louisiana

Comp-tac MTAC or Crossbreed Supertuck. Tough to beat either. (ETA: I defer to Carson who has more regular experience with these - if he says pass on Crossbreed, I would, too.) Expect a little wait.

I've had really good luck with crossbreed as well as raven concealment.

I have a crossbreed supertuck for Glock 19 but use it on a 26 and it works fine excellent retention and much more comfortable than my alien gear that it replaced because I despise the plastic clips on the AG too. Also have crossbreed minituck for a Glock 43 and I have no complaints with either good retention holds snug on my heavy belt and comfortable to wear.

I've heard the same about crossbreed. I had a SuperTuck from way back in the day for a XD40 I used to have. It was awesome. I could carry in a dress shirt and tuck in just fine. Just got my suit pants and dress pants a size larger in the waist. If anyone wants it, let me know and I'll ship it to you.

Raven Concealment Perun is the answer here. It is the best sub-$40 holster you can get. Will work perfectly for the needs you describe and is a great value for the dollar. RCS Perun

Get a sticky holster. They are compact and work really well. It is made out of a non slip texture and fits in your waistband.

I don't know. Every person I know who has one loves it, and that number is quite a few.

ETA: the urban carry looks terrible

He speaks the truth...I love mine. Never had any problems. Nor did anyone else that I know that owns one

If you just need a functional OWB, the Glock Sport Combat Holster is an attractive option. It is secure, comfortable, fits about any belt, and $14. Don't let the low price fool you.
