I would imagine this means if they are alive.....

Yes, he was referring to live, but I think it only appies to transplanting them, not bringing them home alive to eat later.

It should be illegal to let one live...period. It should be a fine NOT to shoot one anytime, anywhere.

Same goes for coyotes, tallow trees, stray cats, and chihuahuas.
