Just got off the phone with Ar-15 store about my order of 10 pmags. It was made all the way back in January and they're still backordered, but it's not getting cancelled.

If high capacity mags are banned with a end date for the ban (forget what the word for this is), I will sell all of my Gen2 mags and a few of my Surefire 60 round mags (too damn heavy). If the ban has no end and is permanent, I will keep all of my mags.

I think the word you're looking for is "sunset."
I personally don't think any of this crap will pass. If it was already super controversial on the committee, it'll either die immediately, or die the second it hits the House floor.
But this does not mean we shouldn't take the pressure off our politicians. We should continue to let them know we will not accept this crap.

I agree with all of this. Sunset was what I was looking for too.
I dont see anything passing but if it does, my plans regarding my mags are listed above.

Want pass the house. May not even come to a vote in the Senate. Dems don't want Dems up for -re-election to have to vote. Usama pushing for a vote anyway. We'll see. ~ More extensive back ground checks will prolly pass.

Anybody have any pmags backordered with the herd at Brownells? Have a bunch since late Dec and no word. Starting to think I better go back on the buying spree on pmags even if it costs me more money.

Yes, a 10 pk. Talked to someone a week or so ago. Doesn't know when they'll get em in, but still backordered, along with a 3 pk of Glock mags. eta- since Dec 19th for me.

Yeah, I've got a couple 10 packs with Brownells. Good to hear they are still supposed to be coming eventually and won't pull the Botach maneuver. Ordered some glock 19 mags, some M1A 30 rounders, and some BX-25 about the same time from Midway and I've had those in hand now for at least 6 weeks.

I ordered the Holiday 10pk from DSG at the same time, and had those within 2 weeks. Wished I had ordered more from them at the time. They were $25 bucks cheaper for the 10pk too.

I should have used DSG. Used Botach instead. Placed an order for 10 Gen3 window mags yesterday. I want them tomorrow.
