Lehigh makes some sweet ammo. They are doing some crazy things with 300BLK too.

Get the 9mm, then order a barrel and mag for the 45 and do the conversion. Problem solved

Pretty sure the frame is different.

Yep. You might be able to buy a .40 then convert to 9mm, but .45 would have a different slide at the least

There's a reason LEO agencies are moving away for SA/DA triggers. LEM is best HK trigger and DAK = best SIG trigger.

Or get a Glock, or M&P. Of course you'lll need to sink about $100 and a couple of hours putting an APEX kit in the original M&P's and the Shield.

Well, what's the reason? Anybody can make a claim like you just did but a good poster provides information and facts. You did neither.

Take it or leave it, ignore it, dispute it. Doesn't matter to me.

If you're looking for Internet confirmation, I'm sure you can find it for yourself.

Dawg23 has LEO credentials. I respect his opinion.

But I don't know how I feel about all copper handgun rounds. They expand a ton but don't penetrate very much. All copper in rifle bullets gets more penetration due to the higher velocity.

No, I don't have LEO credentials.

I do, on the other hand, have more than a couple of LEO connections.

And I really don't agonize over the credibility assigned to my opinions on an Internet forum. And while my training credentials are surely inferior to those of the experts who frequently post here, mine come from sources other than Internet forums and Wikipedia.

No prob.

I would hope that people on this board are civil enough to obviate the need to defend others.
