Dude, you've never eaten Jimmy Dean sausage? Swaggerty's, Old Folks, Tennessee Pride, JC Potter? Never seen grocery store made pan sausage? This is pretty weird

Hell, I got almost a whole deer made into sausage this year. Use it for all kinds of stuff.

You've never had sausage balls or even heard of them?

Sausage, Bisquick, and cheese shaped into balls and baked

Of course I’ve heard of meat balls but not a sausage ball.

Man I need to get out more!

I bet you get no pussy, considering you only consider sausage in a casing.

Baw you need people to post recipes in this thread more than I do.

That's pretty much what happened to most of my last deer I had processed. I'm a big fan of deer sausage, but anything spicy pretty much eliminates my household except for me. There's hope for my kids with liking spicy foods but they are 2 and 4 years old. Any heat rocks their worlds right now in a bad way.

Man, nobody is giving you ideas. I'll try:

-stuffed bell peppers - I would love it with some spicy sausage. Lots of recipes out there, and easy
-I do an eggs and ground beef breakfast most days, would be better with the sausage I bet. Brown a pound or so at a time, and use 1/4 to 1/5 a lb with 3-4 eggs. I don't scramble, I semi-fry by doing the meat in the skillet first, cracking the eggs over, and flipping when mostly cooked. I think I'm weird though.
-someone said sausage balls, hell yes.
-would they suck as meatballs in a spaghetti?

You could buy some cheap ground meat and mix 50/50 or whatever percentage gets your family to enjoy it. You can make spaghetti hamburgers chili tacos or whatever by just diluting the spicy sausage

SOS. The white gravy and biscuits should tone it down some.

When making breakfast for a group I like to use party deer sausage to make a scramble. I use green onion garlic sausage but that’s because it’s what I have.
Brown the sausage well, throw some chopped up onions, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeños (omit this for the heat adverse”. DO NOT over cook the veggies or add to many! It will make it mushy. It is better to err on the side of caution when adding the veggies and cooking them. Scramble up some eggs (I put tapatio in my eggs) with milk and butter pour over the sausage and veggies. Once the eggs are almost done cooking sprinkle a ton cheese over the top.
