splash of white vinegar
dash of chipotle powder
sprinkle of black pepper
clove or two of garlic
i dont add salt to anything, but i'm sure most people will want to add some to taste


did em last time with turnip greens and they turned out a little better. the mustard greens are a bit more bitter.

i've also been doing a sort of succotash lately.

box of the zatarain's rice pilaf
when it's almost done toss in a can of rotel and a bag of frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans) and a can of black beans.

makes a pretty nice side item.
