Damn. You've about talked me into to it. May have to get your recipe closer to season. I've eaten the heart, kidney, tongue, liver and lungs, but never the nuts. I hungry as shite right now so it sounds like a go.

I've actually seen a guy, at a cow pen, with a snmall ice chest to put the nutts in as we were castrated bull calves. I hear they're good but don't think I could.

How ironic my dad would say people put ketchup on something that's not good. Personally, I like ketchup.
