Well in 1812, damn near the entire lease was land. The two pipelines and the location canals everybody runs in there to fish weren't there either.

Agreed completely. Because those fish and crabs you have on "your" land weren't stocked by you and don't just stay on "your" property

I go where ever I want pretty much. Never get messed with. Crabbers/oyster fishers in the area usually stop and ask me how i'm doing and we both go on our way
