To catch anywhere near your limit in BSL you have to have fished it a long time and know wtf you are doing. I read the charters reports and they always catch a lot of fish but I haven't figured it out yet. That being said, only practice will improve and I plan on doing it as much as possible. I do know when they specs are there they limit out on the docks in the east side of the bay

they sure do, but they have an awful lot of haggard-grizzly women up here. I know I'm partial to the southern bells, but it's slim pickins round these parts.

I saw you post about fishing lake ramsey last weekend. I was too. Where about does you buddy live in there?
I swear it felt like I was down in Venice hooked up with a 30lb Red. The barbie pole held up and I was able to land it

My folks live in there and I fish it a lot. they have some pretty good fish in there.

everything but those two flounder and the specs in the same pic are from lake ramsey. That picture was from last weekend with neck in BSL. after I fished with him in the morning, I went and caught those catfish in lake ramsey in the evening.
my buddy has caught several fish much bigger than what I posted, but I don't want to post his picture on here.

Do they have lights? is so try at night. Live shrimp under a rattling coak and dead shrimp on bottom. maybe gulp. fish 2 hours before after high T look at wells forecast usually pretty accurate

this, when we kayak out to the lights on the river that are bright there are trout blowing up everywhere. sometimes white sometimes specs
