Not a bad price in 2021. If anyone needs 9mm I'd jump on that asap. It won't last long.

For self defense rounds?

This isn’t training/target ammo, this is what you keep in your EDC everywhere but the range. To each their own.

I think I got the last box. It wouldn't let me check out with 2 boxes so I dropped it to 1 box and the order went through. Now it shows that ammo in unavailable on the product page.

What even are those bullets? Syntech? Why would someone carry that versus a JHP like Gold Dot for example?

Oh, I thought it was some new fandangled type of bullet. It’s coated in polymer?

Yes
Syntech Defense provides dynamic terminal performance with a hollow-point bullet that separates into three segments and a deep-penetrating core on impact. The core penetrates 12 to 18 inches through bare ballistics gel and heavy clothing—a critical benchmark in self-defense situations and the best terminal performance of any round in its class. The petals create three secondary wound channels, each more than 6 inches deep, adding to the terminal effect. Like all Syntech loads, an advanced polymer jacket eliminates lead and copper fouling and drastically reduces damaging heat and friction in the barrel

Because as the old guy at Bowie would say, it's better than just throwing the gun at the bad guy.

I passed on them because I have plenty of JHP. However, if I was low I would get them.
