A family member got one of these Everglades boats in a divorce and wants to sell it. It has a 300 Yamaha with low hrs and is in great condition.

I’m trying to picture a situation in which this makes sense. Why wouldn’t she just negotiate money for the value of the boat?

What a coincidence.

One of my cousins recently lost that exact model in a divorce settlement.

Apparently, the judge awarded him 72 pairs of XXL lululemons, a 10-year membership in the Box-O-Wine membership club, and a 10X20 self-storage unit full to the top of potpourri and scented candles.
