Throw a bone to the people who have to wait another week to sling some steel. Went out to our field yesterday in NEA, and a majority of the ducks and geese had left. I assumed LA must be loaded. Let’s hear some good reports. Pics are welcomed...

We got a 3 man limit in chauvin. Not fast and furious but got it done. Mottled, teal, widgeon, grays teal scaup

3 man limit in hackberry. Slow at first light, was really good for an hour and slowed down again after 8.

19 in venice for 4 people. Better shooting early would have gottten us a limit. Mostly greys with some teal.

We saw a shite ton of birds flying all over early. Nothing wanted to work for any of our fields. Did get a beautiful pintail drake though

Three man limit in delacroix, lots of others blazed. Grays, GW and BW teal, dosgris (if you chose to shoot them) etc.

Caernarvon report - saw plenty of birds early but there was some bad shooting going on. Ended up with limits, teal, dogris (shot them early when it was still pretty dark), and a nice pair of redheads (drake and hen).

went squirrel/rabbit hunting in WF but ended up watching 6 dos gris work over my pond. must have been lost as hell.

We killed one teal in Forked Island. Didn’t see nearly the same birds we did yesterday. And shot bad on few opportunities we got too.
