Thats what im doing this season... My M2 got stolen the other day so now im stuck with my Affinity 20 gauge as my only other beater I have and Im actually excited for the challenge. If this season goes well, I might find myself buying a nicer 20 and doing the same next year

Pretty sure you can't deliver MY Gen 1 as it died in a fire. I hunted with it for 16 or 17 years, lots of good hunts and memories.

I just bought a Winchester SX4 for half the price of the SBE and explorer. Will let you know after the season.

I really like my Super Vinci and have never shot a 3.5” shell.

Benelli trimmed the SV up compared to the original Vinci and it handles well for me.

Only thing it isn’t great at is as a walking gun (like for pheasants) because the receiver is so tall and not that comfortable to wrap a hand around.

Get the gun that fits you best!

Most people are lazy and dont take the time to clean thier guns throughly, you can't do that with gas guns.

That being said I only clean mine at the split but dont shoot it near as much as I did my other guns or as much as I would like to.

If you want I will come help you shoot those mallards you are always stacking up and we can see how it holds up. I'll supply all the beer.

How do you like the Affinity? Have you patterned different chokes with it? What shells do you use?

Excellent gun all around. Easy to clean, never have any issues shooting it, and it is extremely light. Some people complain it is a bit of a thumb buster (loading shells can be tough) and it kicks like a mule (it is inertia driven). It is 1/4 - 1/2 of the price of a SBE but is really close to the SBE (Both are owned by Baretta and made in Italy...). Obviously the SBE has a few more bells and whistles but having shot both Affinity/SBE there is no real noticeable difference.

Yes, when I first bought the gun I checked a few chokes out. The gun comes with a Benelli set of 3 (IC/M/F) and I also tried Carlson, kicks, and pattermaster. I found that the PM-A with modified was the best at 30/40 yards.

Depends on what is going on really. I know most do not like them, but I am a big fan of blue steel. Cheaper but really good shells. I also like the Kent fasteel.

Kent Fasteel: 3-in., 1 3/8 oz., No. 3
Rio Royal Blue Steel 12ga 3" 1-3/8oz #3
Rio Royal Blue Steel 12ga 3" 1-3/8oz #4

Have had an SX3 for 3 years. It has been a great gun and easy to breakdown and clean.

Ditto.

Have my A300 Outlander ready to go.

My dream gun is a camo, composite stock Browning Cynergy. My wife might leave me over the price tag, though.
