Suggestions on user friendly drones with quality camera for videos. Not sure what I’m looking at when I read about them.

What is your intended use? Budget?
There is DJI (and clones) and then there is everyone else. There is some dark money investment frickery going on with the DJI ban, but the ones that arent banned are what you want to target.
One big thing about your intended use is going to be do you need zoom or not? That determines if you need a zoom lens.

I just got a DJI mini 3 not too long ago. It's pretty legit for the money. It's goes surprisingly far with clear video for such a small package. I think they are on sale right now at best buy for like $350.00.

DJI mini's are great. I have a 2 that you mount your phone on, but now they have options for remotes that have their own screen. You can get a case the size of a lunchbox. Mine rides in my truck and is ready to go at any time.

I have a DJI Mini Pro 5. Excellent drone. Get the controller model, not one that connects to your phone.

Have the same and agree, get the remote with the screen.
They are pretty incredible, but kind of a novelty. You probably won’t use it as much as you think.
