You can always get the King Ranch and some AMP running boards.

AMP running boards.

I have them on my Z71. Worth every penny and I don't think I will ever own another truck without them.

Price difference between the KR and Platinum is 3k. You still have money left over after getting them.

Good luck getting the extra hp that the 6.2 so nicely provides for less than 3k.

Ecoboost + 5 Star Tune > 6.2.

Also I don't see the 6.2 as an option for the KR.

Oh so you gotta add a tuner to beat the 6.2? What happens if the 6.2 gets a tuner? Add another turbo?

No, they only offer the 6.2 on the higher end packages.

Fine by me. I hope to be half the man my grandfather was. Makes me proud to know he would drive my truck. Sorry that yours isn't as highly regarded.

Just go with the Denali. Better truck with nicer options and it don't look like a lawyers truck.

platinum and KR may start at 3k difference, but if you go to a dealership, the stickers on them will be near equal

i believe that certain items that come standard on the platinum are optional on the king ranch, but the king ranches on the lot will all have the luxury packages that push the msrp to around the same as a platinum

Personally I would rather the EB over the 6.2 (and I have the 5.0 in my F-150). The better gas mileage plus performance possibilities with the turbos exceed what the 6.2 can do.

If they were to put an EB in the Raptor it would be the perfect truck.

Don't be a POON, get you a real truck. I'm to much of a Coonass for a Platinum, and not enough Texan for a King Ranch. I went with the highest level Lariat, the 2013+ interiors are sick!! The 6.2L is a BEAST.
