Looking to buy 4-5 crab traps to leave at the camp. Dont want the POS academy ones, where can I buy around Laffy area?

I pick up derelict traps, mostly during duck season. Literal thousands of decent traps cut loose.

I got some nicely built traps here. Double level. 40$ with 2 rebar, rope, and float.

$40 rigged isn’t a bad price. My traps are over ten years old and probably had $30 a piece at the time. The rebar is a must I also zip tie in a piece of 3/4 pvc pipe in one corner and tie my rope to that.

PSA: Traps have the crabbers license number molded into the bait box cover or on a stainless tag attached to the wire. If you are caught running traps that aren’t yours it’s no bueno.
