Cotton Mouth Boats

Any one know what is going on with Cotton Mouth Boats out of Prairieville? A friend has been trying to get in touch with them for several weeks to start a new build and has never received a returned phone call. My buddy is not very much of a computer guy, so I emailed Cotton Mouth Boats on his behalf a little over a month ago and I also have not received a response from them.

So you and your buddy both have waited for a phone call or email for over a month and you are still trying to get them to build you a boat? Don't walk but run, as fast as you can.

Sounds like it’s time to move on. If the experience starts like this, if you can even get it going,I’d imagine it would be a nightmare.

Huey Bell died over five years ago. Perhaps even longer. He was a customer of mine for years.

Thanks for the responses. He did move own and went with Sportsman Fabrication in Morgan City. I was just curious about Cotton Mouth Boats because I saw one of their boats last night at a local gas station.

Hands down!! It's going to be a wait because they build that many, but he's way ahead of the competition in price and quality.

Brah, if they wont return your call BEFORE getting your money, there is literally no way I would consider them to do anything. They will be out of business in short order.

tigerfoot, I totally agree. As I stated earlier, my buddy did go elsewhere (Sportsman's Fabrication). I also agree with all the Uncle J recommendations, which he did consider, but did not want to wait 25 weeks.
