i've used RTIC's warranty dept twice.

It's obnoxious for any OB'er to have thought any of what was going on was ok by administration. It clearly was always against board rules when it was not authorized, you guys were fortunate it went so long and was able to use this platform to get it organized before shite went awry.
Here you are, big bad OB'er yet you are upset like a bitch taking all your frustration out on me. I mean, you should take your anger out on the person who actually makes up the rules and enforces them if you feel so strongly. I suppose you won't though.
