Damn that awful. My favorite outdoor tv personality who seemed like such a great guy.
ETA- Just a crazy story considering how selfless he came off. Seemed to genuinely love the vets and that wounded warrior fishing rodeo. When he’d start catching he’d always say, “thank ya lord, thank ya lord”. Hard to see a guy so seemingly selfless and grounded to do something like that

I met and spoke with him one time. He and his crew came into our neighborhood in Gonzales during the height of the cleanup after the flood in Aug '16. He asked my neighbors and I what we needed and left and came back with food and ice. Takes a great person to do something like that.

Just to add, I knew Tony way back when, he was always a likeable guy. Early on he knew what he wanted to do and then went out and did it. My condolences to his family and friends.
