reads like the customer who brought the loaded weapon in was the one who got shot, would never wish that on anyone however all things considered the customer learned a valuable and relatively inexpensive lesson, sure could have been worse...

had a plant baw bring in a shotgun to Bowie's one time. he hands it to me and asks me to look at something, i do a customary bolt pull and a shell flies out. i clear it and hand it back and just ask him to leave. he was horrified and just kept swearing over and over that he cleared it before coming in. retard

Why would that matter, honestly asking? I don't see how a safety has anything to do with pulling the trigger before clearing it?

I've been in a gun store before where they had the cashier right by the front door, and anyone that brought a gun in had to have it checked/ cleared by the cashier. Seems like a smart policy IMO.

My old man taught me to do a chamber check every time I put my hands on a gun. Doesn't matter if you just checked it when you loaded it in the truck. You take it out of the truck you check.

Home defense pistols are one thing, but a rifle or shotgun should only have a bullet in the chamber or clip when you're ready to shoot. Shouldn't transport a weapon with ammo in it. It's lazy
