Looking to get a Brittany pup. Searched and found several older threads of various Brittany Spaniel owners that may still be active on here that can share who you or someone you know used and your experience with them.

Yep, since the duck hunting has gotten so terrible I am just starting to dabble with upland birds. I have been really impressed with my buddies Brit. It’s a bird finding machine and runs hard.
OP, can’t help much but I know Mike Small (Feliciana Gun Dog’s) breeds French Brits. I really don’t know much about him though.

I got my Brittany from a small operation in Southern Missouri, not sure how far you'd want to travel.
He had two started dogs when we talked earlier this year. He was planning his next litter for spring 24 if I recall

Mine turns 9 this month. Santa delivered him to my house for Christmas 2014. If you don’t want to ask Santa for one, you may want to take a look at Bon Aqua Brittanys in Bon Aqua, TN. It’s a little bit west of Nashville. It was a one man operation and I have no idea if he is still in business. The dog came AKC registered and is amazing family pet. I don’t hunt but the breeder did.

I got my Boykin from Flying J Kennels just north of Texarkana AR. He focuses on Boykins but has a couple litters of registered French Brittany's right now. Good guy, reasonable cost, and takes good care of his dogs. His name is Michael Jamison, I'd recommend reaching out to him on FB.

Bumping this thread, looking for additional breeder recs, as things are about to get serious.
Can you please post the breeder again on here? Would love to see a pic of yours as well.

What about your male and your female were such a perfect combination that they needed to be bred?
Health tests?
Hunt tests?
Do you own multiple breeding males/females or just the one male and one female?

My daughter got one years ago from a breeder in Tennessee. Don’t know the name.

We got ours in Purvis Mississippi close to longleaf plantation. I’ll see if I can round up the info. He’s 7 and still wide open…be prepared if you’ve never owned a Britt. They take lots and lots of exercise and attention.

Not a pro breeder.
Didn't feel compelled to breed and these aren't my first dogs. Just two that I was pleased with enough to breed.
hard drive, good range, great nose, steady points.
That's all.
Plenty of good dogs out there that never chased ribbons.
In my opinion.
