Actually kind of amazed that they're still there at all. I was expecting them to be picked clean.

He just rebuilt fourchon marina on the ground, wonder if they even insure it. Going to be interesting to see how that all plays out.

I never understood why he built his marinas on ground level. Even the cabins used to all be on the ground. It's like he just wants to be forced to rebuild every 10 years

Commercial structures down there are most probably going bare of insurance for the foreseeable future. Look for wind deductibles in the 10% range IF you can find and afford the premium. Not sure how much inflation will occur but bank on the price going up quickly.

Any updates on camp Robert? We rent it out every year. We were just there 3 weeks ago. Just curious if any photos have surfaced.
