Buy one that is already quiet. If you spend money on a nice bow and put a whisker biscuit on it, it would be like buying a browning a bolt and putting a Taso 3.5x30 on it. Get a QAD drop away

Is it an old bow with a hard cam? Shooting light for weight arrows will make it noisy. Make sure everything is torqued and not vibrating.
Install some bowjax string silencers or string leeches.
Put some limsaver stick on silencers on the limbs as well as a shock absorbing stabilizer.
Whisker biscuits are good and are almost fail proof, I shoot one. They are trouble free and keep an arrow contained but I keep my shots to less than 40yrd.
The issues are that you will have some fletching hitting the rest and they sometimes are more difficult to tune than a drop away rest.

Love my WB on my synergy. Cat whiskers and a heavy arrow makes for a very quiet bow.

My 2009 bowtech allegiance is more quiet than my buddies new Mathews and hoyt. I still want a new bow.

A good drop away, limb savers and a moderately heavy arrow set up.

I've never shot a drop away, what am I missing? Legit just curious, I like my WB but don't know the technical differences between them.

Quieter and better arrow flight because the arrow is not touched as it leaves the string.

Hamske rests are much quieter than QAD, Ripcord, etc.
The number one thing you can do is start shooting a heavier arrow. Something north of 500 grains will give you multiple benefits, but you will absolutely get a quieter bow.
I also added a Doinker flex to my loudass Hyperforce, and that helped a bit. Granted, this is not the purpose of a stab, but there are a few out there that help with noise and vibration.
You can also look at getting a new string stop. Check out "Cool Hand Luke" on Archerytalk. He makes custom stops that are pretty sweet. I have one on my HF as well. It helped with vibe and sound.
I'll say it again though. A heavy arrow will help tremendously.
