Bird nerd level details, but they are technically no longer called Rufous sided towhee, which is the only reason why this is "absolutely" not the correct the answer ;)

The Rufous Sided Towhee used to include both the western and eastern birds, but they've now been split into "Spotted Towhee" out west, and "Eastern Towhee" east.

I once knew a man who refused to call the former Louisiana Heron by it's current common name, the tricolored heron. He went on a pretty hilarious tirade about it one day, and even suggested we should quit using "Carolina" in the names of chickadees and wrens...

The generic identification would be a “colorful dickie bird”, and it would always be correct.
