Big deer being shot in my area this year.

This one was supposedly shot this afternoon 3 miles from my house.




This one shot last week about 5 miles from one of my farms.

I heard there was one around 200" shot around Hartselle today , but I haven't seen any pics yet.

Probably combination of many factors. People bringing in better genetics is possible. More land management geared toward dear. Better harvest practices. Half the time the genetics are there deer just aren't allowed to get old enough.
