If I'm trying to catch a lot of fish 1/8 or 1/4 oz Rooster Tails are my go to for ponds
Especially the Rooster Tail w/ a black body and gold blade.

Flukes (in any color really)
Havoc craws or Rage tails
Shallow running crank baits (sexy shad has been the most effective for me)
Shiners
Baby brush hogs (baby bass color)
Top water frogs in the morning or late afternoon
Tiny Torpedo
All of these have worked for me.
