Does anyone have any experience with avid rogue 20 cc with T top 150 yahama- thinking hard on buying one just haven’t seen them around long seeing how they handle.

I’m sure it handles fine but don’t have personal experience with it. The 150 oughta push that boat well. I personally wouldn’t get a t-top on that size boat.

Same, the little but of shade is nice but its a big sail when you on the troll motor and a wind drag when you running.

I've looked at them in the past and they are really nice. I'd buy one.

Not much freeboard. I would not want to face a stiff chop with any AVID bay boats.

Not the Avid Rogue, but a couple years ago I went check out one of their bass boats. It was impressively VERY well made! Attention to detail come to mind.

Saw one at the dock recently. Really impressive built boat. But never ridden in one.

But if I was any where near that budget on an aluminum rig I'd just get a custom one.

Every one of the “new” Al bay boats I have seen on the water look stern heavy. Wouldn’t want to be in any of them in anything more than a light chop.
Rode a 20 vexus200 zuk that handled terrible and was a poor fishing platform.
I was very disappoint

Pushing that boat with a 150 is fine, if you want to reverse in an Avid... they are just spinning tops. I even had a buddy who LIVES on the water (green jeans) pilot it before selling it to get a glass boat. He couldn't get it to behave either. It was fine, until you were in a crowded marina or the wind was up. If you had space you could get it anywhere, but if you have been to the launches down here... you know that isn't always an option.
