I have a camp that is pretty isolated ( can only get to by boat and no other camps near it.) We are on a canal ridge that is high. There are two oak trees between camp and canal.

The armadillos are tearing the ground up near canal so much that’s it’s greatly increasing the erosion. We try to shoot them when we see them but we aren’t out there enough.

Anything that can poison these bastards. I can’t really find anything on the internet that they would go after to eat.

I hate to kill things just to kill, but again they’re causing a major problem.

May be worth a try but probably would have to be reapplied after every rain.

You could trap them.

We use to be out there all the time and kept them in check by killing them. We spent this past hunting season in Mississippi for deer instead of Lafitte for ducks because there were no ducks since the storm. . Now with my son in baseball and other stuff were just not going enough to kill them.

So red pepper or anything I have to keep reapplying to deter them is useless. Only can get there by boat so can’t just make a quick trip to do so.

Yeah, stew is the way to go. It's actually pretty good.
