The draft is the most fair...but it sucks simply because I like hunting with my friends and would want them on the same team.
Is it possible that we do this:
All birds are 1 point
Only birds shot on Friday/Sat/Sunday count towards team points
In order to validate Date killed, and electronic device with date must be presented with picture of the ducks
Teams are self selected
Take a youth hunting (under 13) show a picture of the ducks the youth killed with the youth and date..Those points are added to the team total

Why an electronic device? You could just change the date
And the youth thing: I have no kids, or family under 13. Not fair against those who have kids that will effectively Double their score
Unless you capped it at say 3 youth scores per hunter per season

2 or 3 days/wk to count toward the score for the team challenge.
CB, you and Boss, jsmoke, and 34 should do an individual challenge to show who's the BOSS. Even let the Newb in if he thinks he can hang.
Personally I think 70-80 birds during a season for those who have a job to report to at <8am, wife, kids and personal life is a damn respectable score.

I can see you're still butt hurt, sorry. I never thought I was any better at duck hunting than the next guy. Where 34 and I excelled was being smart enough to pick our team together. You have had a shitty attitude ever since we put the beat down on you and it looks like that attitude will continue. I'm ok with that! When you get your panties untwisted maybe you could take a class from 34 on how to properly suit up in a pair of waders. From your score it seems you tried hunting on a hilltop in Sunday shoes.
