Since when is trying to make this fair being butthurt? It was so lopsided last year and we're trying to offer constructive criticism for the better of the event.

Bourgs--I know you're smarter than this. The rules are the rules. If you can't win within the rules, then it is not "unfair". It means that you can't win within the rules. Period. Those that work harder and hunt more will win. Just like football, soccer and life.
The only way to make it "fair" is to compare everyne's HIP certification answers and achieve parity in the teams based on past performance. That is a bit of a stretch for a $10 contest. Ya'll a bunch of babies up in here I swear.

I thought you could only submit weekend pics to keep it fair and the guys that are in college cutting class and those unemployed/offshore fricks that can hunt every day could just take the best hunts from the whole week.
