Poisonous gills are fine strips that run on the underside. False are course and run down the stem

Those mushrooms in your picture are 'Armillariella Tabescens' {ringless honey mushrooms). They grow in bunches around here at the base of oaks and oak stumps. They are choice edible. I picked several gallons a month or so ago and made some great mushroom soup. Blanched and froze the rest in quart bags. Good find!
Set a couple caps gill side down on dark [paper for a few hours and check that the spores (spore print) are white (which I'm sure they are).
