I'm looking for something that has an extra magazine holster.

Yes I have a 2018. Well made takes a little while to break in. Also I think you can get them on the cheap for $20 right now.

Shows $27 on their website. Is there anywhere else to purchase it?

That’s where I purchased it. Well worth it. Leather is hard at first but within a week it loosens up. Also love the extra mag. The new ones are like 50 I believe.

I have an OWB model I use when I work range shifts. It's well made, fits right and is comfortable. As other have said they're very tight at first but break in pretty easily.

I highly recommend them.

I have 2 of the belt loop kind. One for a glock and another for a shield. Also have one of their brown belts. I like all their products.

So I recently won a stoger Str-9 at a gun raffle. Not the most familiar with pistols and don’t see them as an option. What would y’all say is the closest to that for sizing purposes?

Everything I'm reading says it's pretty close to a Glock 19.

quote:

A 4.2-inch barrel gives the Stoeger an overall length of just under 7.5 inches. Height from the base of the magazine pad to the top of the slide is 5.25 inches, and at the widest point on the grip, the STR 9 measures 1.3 inches. The slide itself measures just over one inch wide.
These figures place the STR 9 close to the 9mm Ruger American pistol and the Glock 19 in terms of overall size. The American is slightly longer than the Stoeger, and the Glock is just 0.2 inch shorter overall.

Thank you sir. Any recommendations on the size? 1, 2 or 3?

It should walk you thru it. First option should be to select the gun it's for (glock 19) and that option should say "select size _ below". Then you select the size in the next drop down.

How tight is the retention on those once they break in?

decent retention. Haven't worn mine yet. I wrapped the gun in wax paper and kept inserting it to somewhat burnish the inside. A lil oil on the outside and it softened up pretty quick

reviving an old thread.

these are on sale and ive been wanting to get one. I plan to buy a couple but i want one for a SW 1006 i own. A SW 1006 is compatible with a 4506. Neither are on there. Any one have any idea what size will fit a 1006/4506. I emailed and called but they are close til Monday I assume.

Update
They got back to me. Size 1.

Heat gun, neats foot oil. Work it in.

Wrap gun in saran wrap.

Heat holster again a d stick gun in it. Let it sit overnight.

Works great. Have done two of them like this. A revolver and my XD.
