Posing as a duck hunter online is as old as the internet itself. There have always been little tells though. Owning a Boykin being one of them.

What are your standards for someone who can call oneself a duck hunter?

If you ever get there, you will know it.

If you are using that junk, you need not apply.

I really hope to achieve that status, but I'd really enjoy your input on the subject.

I know face paint is a big deal. So how much mascara do you put on? And how much to put on your dog?

Must be a LA thing. Or maybe you have been watching too much of those rubberheads from West Monroe.

I guess being paid to guide for one of the wealthiest people in e state(and the south for that matter) makes one a poser.......so be it.... and I don’t wear much camo... wait doesn’t being paid to do something make one a pro?

Lot's of swinging

in this thread.

Why do folks feel like they need to run down other peoples choices to make their own choices feel more valid?

All I know is my Little Brown Dog slept on my feet last night, like he does every night, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I own a sporting breed and that's great. But given the amount of time we spend in each, a dog's true measure isn't what they give you in the field, it's what they give you in the family room. By that measure, is their really a "bad" dog out there?

No, you stick your chest out in most posts whether you are calling folks out or not. Been like that ever since I joined this sight.
