I don't know, the nuts on that thing look to weigh 75 pounds.

Nuts weight is 10x the weight of his pecker (roughly). He's gotta have a 9lb pecker.

I was told this one severely bottomed out a 350 lb scale. Killed in north mississippi a few yrs ago.

Help me out here guys. How do you catch a hog like that without a trap or a pen? The article says they used 2 dogs but not how they tied him up.

You grab him by the back legs. You can steer him and hold him that way. Then push on one leg and pull on the other and put your knee in his side and that will put him on his side. Then have a buddy get on him and hold him down while someone hog ties him. Its not hard.

i ran into one that size while traipsing thru Bayou Cocodrie NWR, in the palmettos, with my .17 HMR. I jumped up on a log and prayed that he didn't get pissed off.
