I thought I remember him saying, "I don't hunt or trap" while he was looking for berries or mushrooms. That really confused me. Then he killed a squirrel and two rabbits. I was like wtf.

They did the same thing in the "pre-season" show Alone - The Beast. One lady took out a grouse with a moose bone, and another guy i think it was a squirrel again with a rock. I dont know.....seemed mighty fake both times but its tough to say for sure.

Yeah. I called BS when he “killed” the squirrel with the rock. That was waaayyyy to easy.
Also can’t believe that dude went out with the fire starter mishap. He could have made it through the night and tried to find it. Like someone else said it was probably right next to his hot tub.
