I asked about Wolf in another thread and all I got was a DV so I figured it's not the best quality.

Just bought PMC 840 rounds on stripper clips for 379.

Two weeks ago I was able to pick up Federal for $0.36/ rd

I've been lucky I guess. Our academy is mostly depleted, but I've been able to buy 9mm and 22lr my last couple of trips. The 3 box limit combined kind of sucks, but that's probably why it's available. Got 100 rounds of 9 and a 550 bulk of 22 yesterday, and a couple of extra mags I had been looking for. They also had a new shipment of taurus pistols in, including g3, g3c, and pt1911 in 9mm.

Was in one yesterday in BR. Yep, nothing on the shelves. Few long guns.

Same thing at the one here in LC. Now I've got to get hunting supplies from overpriced Tractor Supply lol

And pretty close to normal prior to the Ronas.
It has been years since you could walk in and pull hot baits off the shelf in LC. My guess is they don't really care about the low margin part of their business and hunting and fishing is low margin.

Bout to check the one in Hammond again before taking the boy to the dentist, wish me luck.

Last I checked it was slim pickings. Got lucky in Covington this past Monday and was able to get a box of Remington 9mm white box and a box of critical duty rounds from the Academy there.

eta: nope, nada. Unless you have an FN Five Seven.

Just came from the Academy in Metairie and the place is depleted of almost everything. I can’t imagine what this weekend will do to the place as the merchandise is just missing.

I found a couple of tackle stores on Hwy 27 south of Sulphur that was almost fully stocked. Even the Rouses in Sulphur had lures.

Academy in Metairie, Harahan, and Gretna is empty. The Walmart in Boutte is empty.

It’s also bullshite. Half of that stuff is in stock and shipping online. It’s like the stores have used this as an excuse to just cut cost and not have workers in store. The ammo thing I get, but tungsten weights and bait? Especially when I can order it all online?

Hammond has been probably better than most I’ve been in. Denham has sucked and so has Covington on top of there was always a damn line outside that one. I waited one time and I know there weren’t ten shoppers in there

I'm starting to wonder if Academy is in financial trouble. I have $170 in unused gift cards with them that I think I'm going to spend. But there is really nothing that I need to buy right now.

Academy in Alex is worst I've ever seen. Only 9 months ago they had a very good inventory of crappie lures. Now Boos Hardware in Gardner and Foglemans in Colfax have more crappie baits and gear. And better to deal with.

There are projects literally right around the corner. The street next door to it isn't the worse hood Ive ever seen but its not nice.

That's not a good spot in town. Thats not even debateable.
