But the REAL question is, how much did he pay for it???

That's a colossal elk there either way. I'd be happy with a spikey and ol boy here got the bull of 50 lifetimes.

The real question is how far are they behind that elk in the picture

Yeah, this.

It’s a huge elk. Why sit 10 feet behind it? It’s obvious and takes away from the pic

Good comparison. Everyone loves Steve bc he just approaches his kills like any guy would. Not some faker.

My wife already knows of I ever get to shoot a bull elk. Those antlers will be on the wall no matter the size.

Was it a ballista?!

That's a monster, whether he paid for the hunt or not.

If I killed an elk like that I'd be laying down inside of the horns

Did not tell me where. Customer grew up in CO but now lives in NM. He said that the elk herd in NM is the best managed herd in the west. He himself has killed one of the top 20 biggest bulls in CO and he said that NM is vastly superior.

That’s big but I hope they took some normal pictures where they are beside the elk. Why make it phoney sitting 10’ behind.

Remi Warren shot an absolute brute too last week with a bow on public land. He spends more time in the woods than probably all of the ODB combined but it was a hammer. It’s on his Instagram and I don’t remember how to pull from there to here anymore. I’m an old man of the ODB these days.

That thing is huge, no debate.

But if they were further back, they would be on the mountain ridge.
